Orange Walk, Belize: Arrived 5/8/16 and left 5/11/16, while here we toured the ruins at Lamanai which involved a hour boat ride there and back.  Saw lots of monkeys and even got to feed one.  It was a good day with a great tour guide and all for only 50 USD.   Stayed at a very nice hotel in town, probably the nicest in town.  Town felt rather depressed, had a really hard time finding any good meals here, tacos here in Belize are not like Mexican tacos.

San Ignacio, Belize: Arrived 5/11/16 and left 5/13/16.  Stayed at a place called the Midas that we booked on AirBnB, was advertised as someones spare room but when we arrived it was a huge three story house converted into a hotel with cabins and cabanas out back.  Huge pool with  bar with music that went into the night. Pool felt nice but way more than the quiet little place we were expecting. Went to an awesome gym while here.  Town itself felt rather depressed but lots of eco-tourist activities in surrounding area so many people come here to visit.
